What is the difference between sp2 and sp3 arbitol in Argus lab (drug discovery software)?

here I am doing my project work in drug designing using this Argus lab , when I select a particular atom to modify that group( like O2 in C, or H atom ) that will show sp2 and sp3 groups i dont know what is that so please help me?

eg: sp2

C_2 tirgonal, non-aromatic

C_R tirgonal, aromatic like this................. please help meWhat is the difference between sp2 and sp3 arbitol in Argus lab (drug discovery software)?
This is best asked in the chemistry section rather than the biology section

but, sp3 orbitals around a carbon would mean this carbon has 4 single bonds to other atoms.

sp2 orbitals would mean 3 other atoms with bonds to the carbon. This would mean the carbon is double bonded to one of the atoms %26amp; it this atom was another carbon then the options would be either in an aromatic or non-aromatic configuration
