Hey Christian,
It is great to hear that you are interested in gov't auctions! I would recommend that you check out http://www.cheapcarhunter.com You just might find a great car at a huge auction discount! Good luck to you!Government seized car auctions?
You never know what your getting-taking an experianced mechanic with you is your best bet.All are pretty much the same take some guys stuff and sell it to someone else to pay his fines. Some people take better care of their stuff then others-so they are all a spin the wheel and take a chance deal. They work like any other aution you show up- bid on a car you like and hopefully aren't out bid. Many require an invite to enter the auction.Government seized car auctions?
Most of the stuff they sell is pretty rough, and usually worthless, and for some reason, the cars don't go cheap. I can't figure it out.
What you'll find is that the drunk driver class of citizen doesn't drive a nice car.
