I do not suggest that you diet. There is a common misconception that dieting is good to do. I don't believe that is true. I think that your body needs a lot of calories especially if your going to work out to lose weight. So eat a regular 2000 calorie diet with lots of veggies, meat, fruit, and water and work out with these tips.

As a black belt in Tae Kwon Do I know a lot about fitness. Here are some great exercise to tone all of your body and to give you that perfect body. Do each exercise continuously with a 10 second break in between.

stomach 50 times each-

1.regular crunch

2.side crunch (left)

3.side crunch (right)

4.full crunch- get in a regular crunch position and elevate your feet off the ground. Moving your feet and shoulders with your hands that are across your shoulders try to touch them together. Make a 'V' shape each time.

5.regular crunch

arms 30 times each-

1.push-ups

2.plank

3.push-ups(again)

4.curling w/ weights

5.push-ups (again)

Buns and thighs 30 time each-

1.squats w/ weights

2.superman

3.wall sit (1 minute)

4.six inches- lay down flat on the ground face up and put your hands under your booty for support then bring your legs up off the ground about 6 six inches. Make sure your feet are together (2 minutes)

5.lounges with weights

6.squats w/ weights

7.Knees up-bring your knees up and down continuously (3 minutes)I have the pear shaped body. What is the best diet for me?
first of all, please do not diet... make a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!

simply follow the food pyramid and you will be just fine.

as far as exercises, you will want to do some lower body exercises with little to no added weight. these exercise include squats (you can begin with wall squats if you are a beginner), plies (a wide version of a squat with your toes pointed out at an angle - a basic move in ballet) and lunges (keep your knees behind those toes!).

with all of the above exercises, you want to pretend like you are balancing a book on top of your head; keep your head up, back straight, shoulders back, chest out. in other words, look confident!

be prepared that you will be required to do many reps (as many as 50 or more per set).

a step aerobics class helped me to slim and tone my hip and thighs. i began taking these classes and was so impressed at the appearance of my great new bangin' booty and my muscular thighs that i took over the classes once the original instructor moved away!

inquire about step aerobics classes in your area, you will be glad you did!

if there are no step classes in your area, there are millions of step DVD's out there. step aerobics is ideal for your area of concern.

hope this helps, and good luck!!
