Gov. Auctions, where can i find them? How do I take part in one?

The only site I've found is govauctionalert.com Is this site reliable? I mean, I want to take advantage of government auctions, but don't want to be scammed? Does anyone know how that site works? If that site is fake, where/ how can I participate in a gov auction? How much does it usually cost?Gov. Auctions, where can i find them? How do I take part in one?

The link provided by Big Jay 7 is an excellent resource. You can also check with your state and local law enforcement agencies. NEVER pay ANYONE for information on, or access to, auctions. And, if you think you're going to get the kind of deals the commercial sites claim, you're certain to be very disappointed.
