Why use a pay site when you can use the official government site absolutely free?

I would say, you should start with GovernmentAuctions.org. It's paid service that I use, but it's well worth it. I do this for a living. Specifically, I buy big lots of clothing and accessories at customs and marshals auctions using information I get through them and then I break them up to resell them for profit, but I see deals all the time on cars, jewelry, electronics, and just about everything else you can think of.
From time to time I call their 800 number (1-800-515-BID1), and their staff sometimes helps me find lots that contain stuff I already have buyers for.
I got turned on to GovernmentAuctions.org when I saw their CEO on CNBC, and they've been in lots of other media, which is posted on their website, so you can be sure they are legit.
FYI, I'm attaching a link to a very informative Entrepreneur Magazine Radio Show, where the GovernmentAuctions.org CEO explains the ins and outs of government auctions for anyone that's interested.
