On mediterranean diet, can u drink red cask wine/goon juice?

i know red wine has antioxidants, but does that go for the 4-5 litre wines in those silver casks for $12 or do u have to buy more expensive bottles of wine, and what price range would u be getting a suitable wine at, im not fussy with taste and currently drink the cask wine thats all thanksOn mediterranean diet, can u drink red cask wine/goon juice?
