1 - No way is that healthy for ANYONE.
2- If done right
3- Amazingly healthy, again, done right.
4- I don't know much about it.
5- If done right, yes.
6- No, encourages far too much over-processed foods
7- Depends on the diet, for how long, and what type of returning diet you stick with
8- If done in a healthy way, yes.
9- No.Which of the following diets would you consider healthy?
2 and 3 are not diets... Unless by "diet," you mean "a way of eating." If by "diet" you mean "to lose weight through eating", 2 and 3 can help but they're not diets.
But, ignoring that: 2, 3, 6. I've been a Vegetarian for five years and I feel way more healthy than I have ever felt before. Being Vegan is also healthy if you do it properly. If all you eat is tofu once a day, of course you're going to get sick. As far as 6 goes, I've never tried it, but I've been told by many people who have used the program that I have done many things similar to Weight Watchers and that WW just teaches you how to eat. I don't know how their foods are however.
I say just eat less, move more. Eat four to six small meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Avoid sodas and junk foods.

Well the man that invented the atkins diet died...so i wouldn't recommend that! It isn't balanced. You need carbs for energy!
the vegan and vegetarian diets are good for you as long as you make sure you are getting plenty of protein and taking a complete multi vitamin. you can get lots of protein through beans and nuts or peanut butter.
If you aren't diabetic then i wouldn't recommend the low GI.
Calorie controlled diet is good but then you end up cutting certain foods out all together or getting your calories too low can end up in a binge and after a binge I know I feel like crap! and it messes up your plan all together!
I do recommend the weight watchers diet. if you follow it you will lose weight and you can eat ANYTHING you want as long as you write the points for that food. I also think that if you go weigh in each week it helps to keep you accountable to someone and you want to do well. I have never been on the diet but my mom and 2 sisters do it and they have all been successful!
As for a detox diet i wouldn't do one because if it is like lemon water or whatever concoction they tell you to mix up is all you can have and you will lose weight because you are starving and usually it is something that doesn't even taste good! and after you do it and start eating normal again you will gain all the weight back.
I think that the Mediterranean diet is also a pretty healthy diet. It focuses on fresh foods and no processed foods. It also doesn't eliminate fats all together it includes good fats- like olive oil and omega 3s. The meals on this diet are small and very little meat but lots of seafood and lots of veggies.
the Cabbage soup diet another one that i wouldn't recommend. You don't get the right daily nutrition. This is another diet that is so low calorie that it will make you weak and light headed. The soup probably tastes bad and by the second day all you want is something that tastes good and is filling. Then when you do eat something like that you will be upset and mad at yourself.
This is my advice: don't go on a diet. just start eating healthier and working out a little bit each day. I would stick to any kind of seafood that you like and some lean chicken and lots of veggies and eat most of your carbs in your 1st two meals of the day. I don't think it is a good idea to cut anything out all together if you have a craving for chocolate just eat a small piece. Make sure you get some kind of a workout in each day! even if it is cleaning hard or moving around furniture!
