most all the government cars are from a large lease company (we have contracts with them) we work on a lot of them and when we have to fix them we have to call the company and give them estimates and they tell us to either fix it, or they'll get rid of it to much to fix, or at the end of its lease so best bet is to look at government auctions or lease companies. most states have their own auctions to get rid of there cars (we also have contracts with our state too)Where Do Ex Government Vehicles at Auction Come From?
