I'm assuming the Mediterranean diet includes lots of fish. In that case, it would be beneficial for weight lifting as fish is high in protein. If you find you aren't getting the same results as you were before the diet, I recommend supplementing with protein shakes and a multi vitamin.

The ancient Greeks and Romans were known for their physical prowess. I think the med diet will be great for your bodybuilding.If i switch to the mediterranean diet from the usda reccomendations how will this affect my bodybuilding?
I've tried every diet known to man but nothing worked as good as acai berry. I understand they say that pills will not work, but they sure worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too.
