I'm trying to lose weight. What plan is recommended, the Mediterranean Diet, or the Weight Watchers plan?

Acai Berry - don't listen to people trying to sell you stuff. You don't need and diet's that cost money, watch what you eat and exercise, that is all any "diet plan" is anyway. For a female 1200-1400 calories a day for a man 1800-2000 - 30 minutes of moderate cardio, walking jogging, elliptical machine and 15-20 minutes of weight training is ample for weight loss.I'm trying to lose weight. Both are very good- Weight Watchers offers a structured plan whereas the Med Diet is just following some general guidelines. If you are self-diciplined, go with the Med. Diet.
