i'm looking for easy to follow guide or information on a mediterranean diet.My Dr. suggested i go on this diet for health reasons like heart health,diabetes,and so on,if i loose a few pounds in the process thats great but its not to loose any weight,so please don't tell me about some berries,miracle diets,pills,or anything like that,i'm just looking for the info on this diet,thank you to all in advanceWhere can i find information on a mediterranean diet?

drink water with meals or maybe herbal teas
