i know alot of fish and seafood is consumed but was curious what types of red meat they eat in southern italy and greece. goats, horses, donkeys, lamb, yaks... lol? or more traditional western meat such as beef steak, pork and lamb. thanksOn mediterranean diet, what red meats are eaten and how often?
Actually,in what is called "mediterranean diet" there's no much space for red meats; anyway, the most commonly eaten are beef and pork, followed by lamb and horse.
