Whats the main difference between the Mediterranean diet and the Asian diet?

And main similarity? Which is healthier?Whats the main difference between the Mediterranean diet and the Asian diet?
Mediterranean diets consist mainly of lamb, potatoes, cheese, olive oil, bread, spices (such as cinnamon and caraway), and winter vegetables like green beans and carrots. Asian diets contain an array of vegetables (from cabbage to mushrooms), chicken, pork, beef, noodles, tofu, and chiles. I am guessing that the Asian diet would be a bit healthier because they refrain from eating dairy products, which contribute a lot of fat into one's diet. Main similarity: both incorporate many herbs and spices into each dish.|||"NONE" ( Rubbish.)
