My doctor has told me to go on a Mediterranean diet for my health. I need one the is not expensive but is affective and easy to follow.|||As a Greek, I definitely say Greek and some Italian cuisine is good. Greek is very good because we use low-fat, olive oils and never use butter. Our meals are delicious and you never get that craving for junk-foods. The recipes are easy and quick.
